With a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll, and client service, Bailey Jankiewicz brings a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach to her role at Bracker Wealth Management. Prior to joining the team, she served as a full-charge bookkeeper at IA NE Concrete Products and held various operational and client-facing roles at Hamilton Associates and Iowa Western Community College.
Bailey’s professional experience includes managing full-cycle bookkeeping, coordinating payroll and tax reporting, and fostering strong client relationships. She’s known for her organizational skills, her ability to navigate complex systems with ease, and her genuine commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues.
A Council Bluffs native and graduate of Underwood High School, Bailey holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from BYU-Idaho. She’s excited to be part of a firm deeply rooted in the Southwest Iowa community and looks forward to helping Bracker Wealth continue delivering exceptional service to its clients.
When she’s not working, Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, and their two dogs Jax and Daphne, traveling, and exploring new local restaurants.
